Your developers build event pages and registration into your own website or app, or connect an AI tool such as Claude by Anthropic.
Your front end or AI tool reads events, sessions and ticket types from EventSpark through APIs.
Registrations sent to EventSpark follow your EventSpark rules, such as capacity, pricing and approvals, and are created as records in Salesforce.
Event data flows through Data 360 and into Slack, and confirmations, reminders and check-in run as they do for any other EventSpark event.

I have only one event. Would this be a good solution for a one-time event?+

Go Event is best suited for organisers who run multiple events (typically 10 to 20 per year) and need a reliable, consistent registration solution. If you’re only organising one event, reach out to discuss other solutions that are better suited to your needs.

Do I need technical experience to set up the equipment and software?+

Not at all! The event kit setup is simple and user-friendly. But if you ever need a hand, our team is just a phone call away.

How does support work?+

We’re here to help throughout your entire event. Our team provides remote support for setup, troubleshooting, and any technical issues. Need extra assistance? On-site support options are available upon request.

Is insurance included?+

Insurance isn’t included, but we do offer optional coverage for equipment damage or loss. Get in touch for details.

Are badges supplied?+

Badges aren’t included, but we can recommend trusted suppliers and offer preferred pricing on request.
