Pricing questions
How much does Flock cost?+
Event Basics costs R8 000 a month or R96 000 a year, and Event Plus costs R32 000 a month or R384 000 a year. Enterprise and Unlimited are priced on application. All prices exclude VAT.
What is the difference between the plans?+
The plans differ by the number of registrations a year and by features. Event Basics covers up to 5,000 registrations, Event Plus covers up to 100,000 and adds ticketing and the mobile app, Enterprise covers up to 500,000 and Unlimited has no limit.
Are other products included?+
WhatsApp for Events, Go Event and the Virtual Eventing Platform are quoted separately. Ask us for one quote that combines the products you need.
What happens after I enquire?+
Our sales team arranges a demo and documents your brief, then sends a quote. Once you accept, the projects team holds a kick-off meeting to agree timelines, content and artwork.
Is support included?+
Yes. Every project has a dedicated consultant for setup, testing, live delivery and the post-event report. Support runs from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, with special hours for weekend events.
Can I add interactivity to my app?+
Yes. The Interactivity add-on adds live polls, Q&A and engagement tools to your event app.
